2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use 1v1 Cams. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block access for any user we reasonably believe to be under 18.
3. Description of Service
1v1 Cams provides a browser-based private cam chat platform that connects users for live, one-on-one cam sessions with verified women. The Service is available on a subscription basis with prepaid video minutes. Free trials may be available.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users; (b) transmit sexually explicit content without the consent of the other party; (c) engage in any illegal activity; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) distribute spam, malware, or phishing links; (f) attempt to circumvent moderation or safety systems; (g) record, screenshot, or distribute chat sessions without consent; (h) use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
5. Content and Moderation
We employ AI-powered moderation and human review to enforce our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or our guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are not responsible for content generated by users during cam chat sessions.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not record or store video or audio from chat sessions. All video streams are encrypted end-to-end. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by 1v1 Cams and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of any user you may be connected with.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1v1 Cams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or exposure to objectionable content.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1v1 Cams, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
