We do not collect: real names, phone numbers, social media profiles, payment information (unless you purchase premium features), or any biometric data.

All video and audio streams on 1v1 Cams are peer-to-peer and encrypted end-to-end using WebRTC. Video and audio data flows directly between you and the person you're chatting with — it does not pass through or get stored on our servers. We cannot see, hear, or record your conversations. We do not use any video or audio data for AI training, analytics, or any other purpose.

We use the following types of cookies: • Essential cookies: Required for the site to function (session management, preferences). Cannot be disabled. • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, session duration). We use privacy-focused analytics that do not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. We do not participate in advertising networks or share data with ad platforms.

Technical and usage data is retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted. If you create an account, your account data is retained until you delete your account. IP addresses associated with moderation actions (bans, reports) may be retained for up to 12 months to prevent abuse. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting privacy@1v1cams.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all site traffic, end-to-end encryption for video streams, secure server infrastructure, and regular security audits. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We may use third-party services for analytics, infrastructure hosting, and content delivery. These services have access only to the minimum data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your information. We do not share data with social media platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers.

1v1 Cams is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their access and delete any associated data. If you believe a minor is using the Service, please report it to safety@1v1cams.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify users through a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
